A meeting at a mutually agreed location. Best for multi-traveler trips, family planning, or anything with moving parts worth mapping out together.
Questions before you book.
Is the consultation a planning session?
No. The consultation establishes fit and direction. Destination recommendations, property research, itineraries, and pricing all begin after you engage. Keeping those separate is what allows the planning work to be thorough rather than rushed.
What should I bring or prepare?
Bring whatever you know so far: possible dates, who’s traveling, a comfortable budget, and any places or experiences on your mind. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Does the $75 apply to my planning fee?
Yes, in full. The consultation fee is credited against your planning fee when you move forward, so it functions as a deposit rather than an added cost.
What if we are not a good fit?
I’ll be honest about that. If I can suggest a more suitable direction, I will. There’s no obligation to move forward with planning.
I’ve already submitted an inquiry. Do I still need to book?
Yes. Your inquiry gives me a starting point to review your trip. Booking a consultation reserves our time to talk it through.
