The fee reserves dedicated time and preparation on my end, and it confirms the conversation is a serious one on yours. It credits in full toward your planning fee the moment you engage, which means it costs you nothing if we move forward together.
If Aurum is not the right fit, I will tell you plainly. You will still leave with a clear sense of what your trip actually requires and where to find it.

Is the consultation a planning session?
No. The consultation establishes fit and direction. Destination recommendations, property research, itineraries, and pricing all begin after you engage. Keeping those separate is what allows the planning work to be thorough rather than rushed.
What should I bring or prepare?
A rough travel window, a sense of who is traveling, and an honest investment range for the trip. Nothing needs to be decided. The clearer the picture, the more useful the conversation.
Does the $75 apply to my planning fee?
Yes, in full. The consultation fee is credited against your planning fee when you move forward, so it functions as a deposit rather than an added cost.
What if we are not a good fit?
You keep the clarity. I will say so directly, and where I can, point you toward the kind of support your trip actually needs.
